INTRODUCTION
Selling a business is a major financial decision. The BOSS Method provides a clear, professional process that protects your time, ensures transparency, and gives you the right level of support — from advisory guidance to full brokerage representation.

OPTION 1 — BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICE (BAS)
Professional guidance and a defensible Market Appraisal.
20‑minute introductory call (complimentary).
$395/hr, 3‑hour minimum, GST additional, payable upfront.
Includes Market Appraisal, saleability assessment, pricing strategy, financial review, market insights, exit guidance, and pathway recommendations.

OPTION 2 — DIY ENGAGEMENT PACKAGE (DEP)
For owners managing their own sale with professional marketing assets.
Available after completing Option 1.
Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Ultimate Package (includes IM valued at $4,950).
Paid upfront, non‑refundable.
You receive marketing materials and manage enquiries, inspections, and negotiations.

OPTION 3 — FULL BROKERAGE SERVICE (FBS)
Premium, end‑to‑end representation.
Includes Option 1 and a Marketing Package — both paid upfront and refunded from the 7% success fee upon sale.
Full marketing campaign, buyer qualification, enquiry management, negotiation, contract management, and support through to settlement.

FLOW PATHWAY
Initial enquiry → Complimentary call → Option 1 → Choose Pathway:
Pathway A (DEP): You manage the sale → Private Sale.
Pathway B (FBS): We manage the sale → Brokered Sale.

PRICING SUMMARY
BAS: $395/hr, 3‑hour minimum, GST additional, payable upfront.
DEP: Package price, paid upfront, non‑refundable.
FBS: 7% success fee; advisory + marketing refunded at settlement.
